Bye-Election: Adelabu Reconciles Aggrieved Aspirants

Following the fall-out of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Ibadan North federal constituency bye-election primary election, the Minister of Power, Chief Bayo Adelabu, has held a closed door meeting with aggrieved aspirants.

The meeting is organized to broker peace among the aspirants ahead of the August 16 bye-election and seek support for the party candidate, Hon. Adewale Olatunji (Murphy).

Aspirants in attendance at the meeting include Hon. Olusegun Olaleye, Hon. Adekunle Oladeji, Hon. Junaid Baliks, Hon. Saheed Aderounmu, Oluyinka Omikunle among others.

Meanwhileall aggrieved aspirants, in a show of unity, agreed to put aside their differences and work together for the overall success of the party.

In his message to the members of the party at the campaign flag-off, Adelabu charged them to see the bye-election as a way of appreciating the effort of President Bola Tinubu in ensuring good governance.

He urged them to vote massively for the party candidate, Hon. Adewale Olatunji (Murphy) comes Saturday, August 16, 2025.
