‎The statement further directed all Area Commanders and Divisional Officers to intensify surveillance and deploy massively to protect critical national assets and infrastructure during the festive period.

‎It also revealed that specialised tactical teams such as the Counter Terrorist Unit, Armed Squad, Agro Ranger Squad, and the Disaster Management Unit have been fully mobilised to respond swiftly to any emergency or security breach.

‎Commandant Padonu emphasized the importance of synergy among sister agencies, noting that the NSCDC will collaborate with other security agencies to ensure a peaceful celebration for all residents and visitors in the state.
