NBTI Holds Capacity Building Exam For Staff

The National Board for Technology Incubation (NBTI) has commenced a three-day capacity building and pre-promotion examination training programme for its staff.

Statement, according to the Board’s PRO, Ibrahim Agboola, marks the beginning of a focused capacity-building initiative designed to adequately prepare officers for their forthcoming promotion examinations.

The session, which commenced on Wednesday, brought together staff across various cadres and Technology Incubation Centres for an engaging and intensive learning experience aimed at strengthening their knowledge, sharpening their professional competencies and equipping them with the confidence required to excel in the promotion process.

‎He noted that the initiative underscores the commitment of the management of NBTI, under the leadership of the DG/CEO, Dr. Kazeem Kolawole Raji, to the welfare, professional growth and career advancement of its workforce.

‎”For the DG, staff welfare is not merely an administrative responsibility but a fundamental component of effective institutional leadership. He has consistently emphasized the importance of creating a healthy and enabling work environment, often stating that he does not want to preside over a workforce of disgruntled staff.
