The All Progressives Congress has returned Professor Nentawe Yilwatda and Surajudeen Basiru as Chairman and National Secretary of the party.
They were re-elected during the party’s National Convention on Friday. The Convention held at Eagle Square in Abuja.
Their emergence was announced by the Convention Election Committee as part of several party officials elected through a consensus arrangement.

The convention was attended by top leaders of the party including President Bola Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, Senate President Godswill Akpabio, and Speaker of the House of Representatives, Tajudeen Abbas.
Also attended were the delegates from across the country who gathered to elect the new National Working Committee members expected to steer the affairs of the party for the next four years.
