It was another season of funfair, time to reflect on the past activities, recognize and celebrate achievements and teach pupils about the principles of loving, giving and sharing when one of Nigeria’s elitist institutions, Mahnatez International School (MIS) located in Ibadan hosted a get-together to end the year.
In a message by the Proprietress of the fast rising, early childhood education promotion citadel of learning, Hajjia Bolatito Adebisi, she said she and her team of dedicated educationists will remain focused.
Speaking at the school’s annual Christmas Carol and End of the Year Party held on Wednesday, December 11 and Friday, 13 respectively, Grandma Adebisi, as the Proprietress is fondly called, disclosed that it was the time for teachers, parents, and students to come together and celebrate.
She said further that it was a moment to publicly acknowledge and recognize the hard work of the teachers, the support of the parents and guardians, and cooperation of the pupils, who are the reasons for the celebration.
Hajjia Adebisi maintained that occasions like this reflected the values Mahnatez International as a citadel of learning teaches and instills in its pupils.
The joyous event climaxed with the celebration of Mrs. Oreoluwa Adebisi, one of the teachers in the school and coincidentally a birthday celebrant.
The celebrant’s husband, Mr. Hammed Adebisi, HMO as he is fondly called, appreciated his wife, Oreoluwa for being a very inspiring and dependable companion.
HMO also appreciated the best wishes and prayers of the members of the management, staff and parents of the school.
This year’s edition of Mahnatez International School Christmas and End of the year Party, was characterized by rendition of various inspiring Christmas songs, dynamic educational games, vibrant music, exciting dancing competition and refreshments and other activities, all aimed at creating a fun-filled moment for all.
