The Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa has sacked all commissioners in his cabinet.
The governor made the announcement on Tuesday.
Okowa has asked Permanent Secretaries to take charge of various ministries immediately.
The news of termination of appointment was confirmed by the sacked Commissioner for Information, Mr. Charles Aniagwu.
He said the decision was taken after Tuesday’s state executive council meeting.
Aniagwu disclosed that all commissioners, special advisers, Chief of Staff, Secretary to the Government (SSG), senior political adviser and the chief strategist are to handover to the person next to them.
While thanking all of them on behalf of the governor for their contribution in the last six years, he said they have contributed their quota to the development of the state.
