The family of the late governor of Ondo State, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, has assured that full details of the burial plan will be made available this week.
However, a source within the family has said that all things being equal, arrangements for the final burial will start on Thursday, February 15, 2025.
The source said that the journey will start from Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo State and end at Owo, the country home of the respected Nigerian politician.
Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, was the governor of Ondo State until his demise two weeks ago at the age of 67.
His remains arrived in Nigeria over the weekend from Germany.
