Three House Of Assembly Members Sacked By Election Petition Tribunal

Three Plateau House of Assembly members have been sacked by the National and State House of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal in the state.

The sacked lawmakers are all members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The lawmakers are Happiness Akawu, a member representing Pengana constituency, Agbalak Adukuchill-Ibrahim, representing Rukuba/Irigwe constituency and Rimvjat Nanbol, representing Langtang Central constituency.

The election petition tribunal, led by Muhammad Tukur, also returned the immediate-past Speaker of the House, Yakubu Sanda of the APC.

Tukur also ordered the return of Eli Bako Ankala of the APC and Daniel Ninbol Listic of the Labour Party, LP.
