The Head Coach of the Super Eagles of Nigeria, Éric Sékou Chelle, has released a provisional list of 39 players ahead of the crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches against Rwanda and Zimbabwe.
Among the players that make the provisional list include five goalkeepers, 10 defenders, 10 midfielders and 14 forwards.
Nigeria, fifth on the group C log behind Rwanda, South Africa, Benin Republic and Lesotho, square up to leaders Amavubi of Rwanda in Kigali on Friday, 21st March before taking on Zimbabwe’s Warriors at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo four days later.
