A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and member of the Governing Council of the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB), Alhaji Fatai Bayonle Ibikunle has mourned the death of Sheik Muhydeen Ajani Bello.
Ibikunle joined the league of eminent Nigerian personalities to lament the passing of the accomplished Islamic scholar and a former National Missioner of Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria whose transition shook the global Muslim’s community in the earlier hours of Friday.
In a condolence message to the immediate family and the Muslim world, the newly appointed member of the Governing Council of the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB), described the death of late Alhaji Bello as a huge and irredeemable loss to the entire Islamic nation.
Late Sheik Bello was an intelligent and upright icon whose unmatched fearlessness and moral teachings in the Islamic and public congregations over the decades have invaluably impacted many lives and salvaged various homes from plunging into varying societal illnesses.
“Allah Mui” as fondly called during his prime days was a no-nonsense preacher of sanity who did not mind who his sermons hurt in preaching love, harmony and selflessness largely to those in the position of authorities towards the actualization of pious homes and an egalitarian society,” he elegized.
Ibikunle, therefore, condoled with the immediate family of late Alhaji Muideen Bello, Ansar-Ud-Deen Society, Oyo State Muslim Community and Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (NSCIA), prayed Almighty to gratify the demise of the late scholar with eternal rest and the fortitude to bear his vacuum.
