President Bola Tinubu has recalled sacked staff of the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA), Mr Salihu Abdullahi Dembos, who is the Director-General and Mr Ayo Adewuyi, the Executive Director of News.
Both vacated their posts following some management changes in the agency.
Dembos was appointed DG of the TV network by President Tinubu in October 2023. He will now return to complete his three-year tenure.
Adewuyi on the other hand, was appointed in 224 will complete his three-year tenure, which ends in 2027.
The statement according to the Bayo Onanuga, who is the Special Adviser to the President on Information & Strategy, effectively reversed the previously announced appointments of a Director-General, Executive Director, News, Executive Director, Marketing, and Managing Director of NTA Enterprises.
