President Bola Tinubu has received the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Akeem Abimbola Owoade in a grand reception in Aso Rock.
The first class monarch was accompanied by monarchs from Oyo, Oke-Ogun, Ibarapa and even Kwara State who have consanguinity with Oyo.
Also with the monarch is the lawmaker representing Oyo East, Oyo West, Atiba and Afijio federal constituency in the he House of Representatives, Hon. Akeem Adeyemi.
This will be the first visit of the revered monarch to the President, who was represented at his official coronation by the Minister of Power, Chief Adebayo Adelabu in April this year.
