As Muslims across Nigeria and the world gather to celebrate the joyous occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, Olawale Ogunkeyede, a philanthropist and the CEO of Walbog Motors, has extended his warmest wishes to the Muslim ummah.
In his Sallah message, Ogunkeyede commended the spirit of unity, generosity, and devotion that the celebration represents.
“Sallah is a time of reflection, gratitude, and giving. I join millions of Nigerians in celebrating our Muslim brothers and sisters during this special period. May this season bring peace, blessings, and renewed hope to all.”
Ogunkeyede, who used to be the sponsor of the money-spinning grassroots annual WalBog Motors Football Tournament that is being organized among youth teams in Oyo State, lauded the Muslim faithful for their dedication to fasting, prayers, and acts of charity throughout the sacred period.
He, however, emphasized the significance of Ramadan as a time of self-discipline, reflection, and spiritual rejuvenation, urging adherents to carry forward the lessons learned beyond the holy month.
The widely traveled auto dealer also called for continued prayers for peace, development, and prosperity in Nigeria, stressing the importance of unity among citizens, irrespective of religious affiliations.
“As we mark Eid-el-Fitr, I encourage all Nigerians to foster the spirit of tolerance and harmony that Ramadan teaches us. Let us support one another and work towards a better society,” CEO Walbog Motors added.
