The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), has revealed that over 1.5 million candidates have so far successfully registered for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
The Board, however, warned prospective candidates against waiting until the last day as there would be no extension of registration beyond March 8, 2025 when the exercise would have been concluded.
The registration period for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, commenced on February 3, and would be concluded on March 8, 2025.
Public Communication Advisor of JAMB, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, in a statement on Tuesday in Abuja, said the deadline has been clearly communicated in all advertisements and the official calendar for the 2025 UTME exercise.
“This notice is particularly important given the recent decline in the number of candidates registering for the examination. We urge all individuals who wish to participate to register promptly and avoid waiting until the last minute.
