The Kwara State-born popular comic singer, Mukaila Senwele has been reported passed away on Friday at the age of 38.
The Lagos-based musician passed away at around 5pm according to his stage Manager, Ibrahim Toyeeb.
Mukaila Senwele, famed for his iconic phrase ‘Koni Da Fun Ebo To Se Costay’.
Senwele, who hailed from Ilorin West Local Government Area of Kwara State, was celebrated for his exceptional performances and unique entertainment style, which endeared him to many socialites.
He disclosed that Mukaila had shown no signs of illness before his death.
Toyeeb said that he was rushed him to the hospital immediately he was complaining, but he was already dead before we got there.
“There was no indication of sickness. He spent the day with his fans and even promised to visit the family house (Ile Esinrogunjo) later in the evening.
“Before he died yesterday, he had earlier recorded two songs and I was the person that recorded him. We uploaded one yesterday (Friday) and we planned to upload the second record today (Saturday).
“He planned to return to Lagos today, unfortunately, the end has come for him,” his manager disclosed.
Mukaila Senwele has been buried according to Islamic rite on Saturday.
