The Proprietor of Agidigbo FM, Ibadan, ex-wife of Ooni of Ife, Ms Naomi Silekunola and Principal of Islamic High School, Mr. Abdullah Babatunde Fasasi have been granted bail by the High Court of Justice sitting in Ibadan.
Justice K. B. Olawoyin of Court 8 granted the bail on Monday after he listened to the arguments of their counsels.
They were granted bail in the sum of 10 million naira with two surety each.
Oriyomi Hazmat, Naomi Silekunola and Abdullah Fasasi were being prosecuted over a stampede that occurred in Ibadan, which claimed the lives of 35 children.
The incident happened on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.
An Oyo State Magistrate Court in Iyaganku had earlier ordered that trio be remanrded at Correctional Facility, Agodi, Ibadan.
