The Asiwaju Adini Musulumi of Ibadan Land, Arc (Dr.) Hassan Olawale Giwa has described the death of the renowned Islamic preacher, Sheik Muhydeen Ajani Bello as a great loss not only to the Nigeria Muslim Community, but also to the world.
Giwa, in his condolence message, said that the news of the death of Sheik Muhydeen Ajani Bello came to him as a shock despite he knows it is inevitable to all living souls.
Asiwaju Adini disclosed that the death of the Ibadan-born renowned Islamic preacher has left a vacuum that will take a long time to fill owing to the fact that numerous people were drinking from his wealth of knowledge and wisdom.
Arc Giwa, therefore, sympathized with the family, Ibadan and Oyo State Muslim Communities, as well as Muslim in Nigeria and the rest of the world.
“Death is inevitable; it is a sacrifice every living soul must pay. As Asiwaju Adini Musulumi of Ibadan Land, it is with heavy heart and mind full of soberness that I mourn the death of my father, an Islamic scholar, a religious warlord and renowned preacher, Alhaji Sheik Muhydeen Ajani Bello.
“It is indeed a great loss not only to the Nigeria Muslim Community, but to the entire world. His death will surely create a vacuum that will take a very long time to fill. His death is a personal loss to me, to Ibadan and to Oyo State Muslim Communities, to Nigeria and the world as a whole.
“There is absolutely nothing anyone can do about it, because it is time for baba to return to HIS creator….Inna Lillahi wa inna Ilayhi rajiun…..indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to HIM we shall return.
“I pray to Almighty Allah to make Aljanat Firdaus his home, and give the entire family the great preacher left behind the fortitude to bear the loss.
“I urge them to take solace in the Almighty Allah, who is the giver and taker of all life,” Arc Hassan Giwa said.
