Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu again defeated the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at the Court of Appeal.
The appeal court affirmed the judgment of the tribunal, confirming the return of Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Obafemi Hamzat as the Governor and Deputy Governor of Lagos state.
The justices of the Court of Appeal in a unanimous decision dismissed the appeal of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for lack of merit.
The judgment was delivered by Justice Yargata Nimpa, Justice Samuel Bola and Justice Paul Bassey.
