The Oyo State Commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Dr. Michael Adaralewa has appointed DSC Opebiyi Samuel as the new spokesperson for the Command.
Deputy Superintendent of Corps Opebiyi Samuel replaced ASC Oyindamola Okuneye, who has been deployed to Akinyele South as the Divisional Officer.
Until his new appointment, DSC Opebiyi has worked in different divisions with wealth of experience.
The new Public Relations Officer of the Oyo State Command of NSCDC, DSC Opebiyi Samuel is a native of Ilesha in Osun State.
He holds a Master degree in Physics with specialization in Radiation and Health Physics from University of Ibadan and Bachelor of Technology from Federal University Akure, Ondo State.
