The Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon Adebo Ogundoyin has saluted the Delta State Governor, His Excellency, Sheriff Oborevwori as he clocked 60th years of age.
Hon. Adedoyin described him as a shining light who will bring further development to Delta State.
The Speaker, said this in Asaba, Delta State when he led the delegation of Oyo State Government to the 60th years birthday celebration and inauguration thanksgiving service of the governor.
Hon. Ogundoyin said the Governor who was a two term Speaker of Delta State is a thorough bred politician with abundant experience in legislation, administration and governance.
According to him, “I am here on behalf of Governor Seyi Makinde and the good people of Oyo State to celebrate the peoples Governor, His Excellency, Elder Sheriff Oborevwori on his inauguration as the Governor of Delta State. This occasion also coincides with the 60th birthday celebration of the Governor who was a two term Speaker of Delta State.
“I therefore wish to felicitate with His Excellency on this special day. This is an uncommon opportunity to celebrate the Governor who is resourceful and who is an achiever par excellence.
“On this auspicious day His Excellency, permit me to join your family, friends, associates and well-wishers to thank Almighty God for his abiding grace and protection over you this past 60 years. I pray for more outstanding success for you in the years ahead. ” Oyo Speaker said
