Oyo Motor Dealers’ Association Passes Votes of Confidence On Chairman, Hail His Performance

Rising from its monthly meeting held recently at the association’s headquarters, members of the Oyo State Motor Dealers Association of Nigeria (MODAN) has passed a vote of confidence on the Alhaji Sulaimon Musbau Maito led executives.

The association in a release signed by its Public Relation Officer (PRO)Alhaji Akeem Obina disclosed that all the concerns officers were present at the meeting which also ratify the suspension of two of its members Alhaji Mutiu Adebayo and a former second state PRO, Mr. Samuel Wale Omo Adigun for acting contrary to the Association’s constitution.

The release also hailed the leadership of Alhaji Sulaimon Musbau who was said to have raised the fortune of the association from zero to an enviable position since he assumed office.

While urging it’s members to desist from working with the two suspended members , it also stated that one of the two alleged members, Mutiu Adebayo was involved in the issuance of the Association’s identity cards, stickers and dealer number plates without any permission from the state executives.

Members of the association however pledges to continue supporting, Alhaji Sulaimon Musbau Maito because if his transparent ways of handling issues related to the association and personal issues.

“We are solidly behind Alhaji Sulaimon Musbau Maito because he has never allowed our Association’s name to be rubbished since he became the chairman infact he has raised our Association’s name to an enviable status.”

Members of the association who were present at the meeting includes Alhaji Sulaimon Musbau, state chairman, Elder Segun Okeowo the chief adviser, Alhaji Akeem Azeez Ag. State treasurer, Alhaji Akeem Salam state PRO, Alhaji Sulaimon Agarawu, chairman disciplinary committee and Hon. Joshua Akintola, chairman Egbeda zone.

Other zonal chairmen includes chief Bosun Tugboboh , chairman Oke Ado zone , others includes Alhaji Adebayo Jelili, Alhaji Lukuman Sowobi and Pastor James Adedeji chairmen of New Garrage, Ring Road and Bodija respectively.

Members of the board of elders who were present at the meeting includes, Alhaji Kamorudeen Adebayo, babaloja, chief Mrs. ‘Remi Akerele Iyaloja, Alhaja Iyabo Ibrahim , otun Iyaloja and alhaji Shitu Hammed.

Other BOE members includes Oloye Mutiu Raimi , chief Bayo Adebisi, Alhaji Fatai Raimi and chief Samuel Osasona.

Others were Chief Jimoh Kareem and Chief Ayodele Lawal.
